Scouting

A couple weekends ago there was a scouting activity in Sandy in a mall parking lot. It was pretty small compared to some of the other outings we've been on, but it was still F-U-N!
There was this rock wall that all the boys climbed.
It was pretty easy for them, they've all climbed much higher ones. I LOVE that none of them are scared to do something like this. They are brave and strong, and I love it!

There was this other structure that the kids could climb which was a lot of fun. They've never done anything lie that before. They had to follow a path and each child was connected to a harness while they maneuvered through the obstacle course up high in the air.

Gavin won some candy at a booth and put in in this locker and held onto the key for most of the time we were there. He didn't want the other brothers eating HIS candy! Cleaver little kid thinking to do that!

The Puppet Show

At school the other day Tyler's class put on a very long and boring adorable puppet show about Hansel and Gretal. The children each had their own part and they performed the play THREE times. Finally it was Tyler's turn and he did great. Worth the wait!

In the main hallway of the boys school there is the Birthday Board. Will and Jackson were on it last month and now it was Tyler's turn. It was decorated so cute! Tyler was thrilled his name was on a big fat pumpkin!

The Model

So the other day when I was taking a bazillion photos of Naters and his special day I also was shooting some cute shots of the other brothers in the front yard. Well, they came over reluctantly, hurry and smiled and were off on their way again. AS fast as they could. Except for Gavin. He kept posing like a little model. He was so funny. Cracking us all us. What a great little personality he has.

This shot was taken today and Gavin wanted me to add it to my blog. "So everyone can see my name on a bee mom, duh!" So there you are!

General Conference Packets!!!

General Conference is coming up this weekend. (If you're not LDS this means the main members of the church are able to speak to everyone from all over the world!) It's very uplifting and inspiring. It is hard to listen with little ones running and climbing around. So, here are a few sites that I have found that have some GREAT General Conference activities for the youngsters!

Somewhat Simple has adorbale packets (Picture above!!)

Oopsey Daisy has a fun General Conference Bingo Board

Sugar Doodle has a ton of ideas for children of all ages

A Little Tipsy has different activities for all ages

ENJOY!!!

Santa Barbara reunion take 2

I met a few of my friends from Santa Barbara at Sugar House park for a few hours the other afternoon and it was wonderful! Here is Nathan and Kat's youngest sharing passy's with each other.

Here we all are...Becca and her youngest, Jennica with her 4 youngest, Kat with her 2 youngest, me with my 3 youngest and Robin with her youngest. Between us FIVE moms we have a total of TWENTY-SIX children!!!
It was so fun to see you all and get caught up again! LOVE YOU!!

Chips, please!

So the other day I'm cleaning the garage and notice the older boys left some snacks out. Two seconds later I see that Nathan hss crawled over there and is chowing on some chips. He was in heaven for just a few moments (while I ran to get my camera!) Then, he was a little ticked off because I took it all away!

Tubby Time

Here are my sweet babies taking a bath in my tub.
They love how big it is...so do I!

Nathan

As you may already know, my sweet baby Nater's has turned ONE YEAR OLD! WOW! What an exciting year. He has been such a joy to have in our family. We all love him so much. He is so happy and smiley all the time. Each of the boys has fun with him too. Everyday Jackson will run in the back door from school and ask where Nathan is at. (He's always napping at that time!)
Here is some Nathan trivia for you:
1. What is the birthday boys full name?
2. How much did he weigh when he was born?
3. How tall was he?
4. How many teeth does he have now?
5. What is his favorite food?
6. Who does Naters love the most?
7. Who is Nathan scared of? (2)
8. What does Nathan do with most of his time besides smile and be cute?

*answers at the bottom...

Nathan has been taking a few steps here and there with the help of mom and dad. Here he is walking to Gavin while mom is trying to snap some shots.

I am one proud mama. I have SIX beautiful, wonderful and extraordinary young men. I am so happy and thankful for each of them. Nathan has been a true blessing to our family. I can't wait to get to know him better and learn more about his growing personality.
HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY baby doll!
I love you!
