Last weekend Scott graduated from the PA program from A. T. Still University here in Mesa. (PA means Physicians Assistant). It was such a great feeling to have finally graduated and completed this long chapter in our lives. Sure, Scott was the student, but I also finally graduated too!
After his graduation we had a party at our friends house, the Udall's. There was a large water jumper slide thingy for the kids and we BBQ tri tip, salmon, and hot dogs. It was fun and we had a pretty good turn out. THANKS to all our friends who made the event extra special for Scott!
He has been extremely disciplined and focused these last few weeks on studying for his PA test. He will take that test next Wednesday. When that test is over, it will be smooth sailing from there on out. He has already been offered a job and they are just patiently waiting for Scott to pass the test. He's on the schedule to work in the middle of Sept., but could go in earlier if he finds out sooner. This is all so exciting! We're almost grown-up's with real jobs! :)

what? where did it say anywhere we had to be grown ups when we graduated! oh great! now we've got to start doing things "right"? i guess we're on the path though...we're waiting word on the house today...buying a house is pretty grown up right? :) congrats again scott and good luck on the test!
