Our ward Christmas party was last weekend and it was a lot of fun...Especially at the end when Santa came for a little visit! This was the first Christmas party in 4 years we've been to that Scott wasn't dressed up like St. Nick! The boys asked if dad was planning on helping Santa out this year for the party and we told them no. Gavin was acting all bummed and said he wanted dad to be Ho-Ho again this year!
We told the boys that Scott went through a special training at the North Pole, with a few other dads, to help at parties etc. Santa just can't be everywhere! :) They totally bought it!
Will, who is getting a little too old to sit on Santa's lap, but not too old where he ran to be 3rd in line to meet Santa didn't want to sit on his lap. After Will said he didn't like that Santa. He explained that that Santa didn't ask what he wanted for Christmas, just handed his a candy cane. LAME! Maybe that Santa thought my Will was too old!
Gavin, Tyler and Jackson were all excited to meet Santa, sit on his lap and to explain in detail the list of toys they each wanted for Christmas. As Scott and I sat there watching, listening and taking pictures, there were 2 more boys that needed to sit with Santa and have their picture taken also. One LOVED the experience and the other did not. At all. Check out the pictures and you tell me which was which! :)

Those were such cute pictures. Little Brig was not too happy, but he will get there. Nate seem fine with it all.
