I bought the plastic clear bulbs at Michael's for .79 cents (but they were 60% off!!, I had a bunch of Christmas ribbon already, I added vinyl initials (or you could use stickers, and i bought some of that crackled paper for a buck at Wal-Mart. We made ornaments for each of us including my mom and Bill.
