Mini Goals Week 2

Ok ladies and gentlemen...I did GREAT on my last mini goal. Which was no eating after 7pm....and I did it! It was actually really easy! There was one night I'm eating dinner and look at the clock and it's like 6:50pm. So that night I didn't get dessert!

My new goal of the week is.....drum roll please......

To do some form of exercise everyday. Break a sweat!!

(For Sunday's it'll be something like going on a walk with the family after dinner or throwing a frisbee around at the park.)

I have been pretty good with this one for the last couple weeks. I actually lost 7lbs. It defiantly helped not eating after 7pm too!
